What are some of the amenities of the development?
John Dunn Estates at Lake Delaronde are build ready. The level lots have all underground utilities in place. There is a private boat ramp, marina and dock. All roads are cut and easily accessed. And a private beach complete with soft white sand and swimming area is in the works.
If I really like a lot that is not along the lake, and build a home there, would I still be able to fish in the lake?
Absolutely. All property owners at John Dunn Estates will have complete access to the lake and all it’s splendor.
Can my guests enjoy the amenities of Lake Delaronde?
Yes. If they are with you, your family or another John Dunn Estates property owner they are free to enjoy the facilities of the lake.
How are the utilities provided within the development?
All lots are equipped with underground natural gas, power, and telephone hook ups. Water is available through the Lake Delaronde Limited Corporation.
How can I access the development during the winter?
John Dunn Estates at Lake Delaronde is conveniently located right off Highway 55, which is kept clear and accessible all year long.
How many lakefront lots are there?
There are currently 3 lake front lots available and 13 premier back lots.
How big is the lake?
Lake Delaronde is a large natural lake over 34 miles long. It is 180 feet deep at its deepest point.
What is the closest airport to the property?
John Dunn Estates at Lake Delaronde are a beautiful escape from the ordinary, but if you need to get back to the real world, the nearest airport is in Saskatoon only 2 hours and 15 minutes away.
Are there any homeowner covenants, construction requirements or other building restrictions?
